Quick Lace Skirt Tutorial

When I say quick, I mean faster-than-a-speeding-bullet, quick. I had an interview this last weekend, and to calm my anxiety and irrational fears, I killed 45 minutes making a new favorite skirt! At night before I go to bed, I like to snoop around on Pinterest for new ideas. I've seen so many ladies making lace skirts recently. They are feminine and flirty, perfect for a date night, or going out with a group of friends. Depending on how you style them, the possibilities are endless. That's my kind of skirt!

Supplies:
1 long tank top
1 yard of lace
Matching thread
and an episode (or two) of Castle (optional, but highly recommended)

When I started sewing this skirt, I was just doing it to pass the time. So I had to go back and draw a tutorial for you all. *Note: I'm not the best artist. Remain open minded.
*Note: On step 5, after I cut the rectangle out, I folded it in half before I sewed it in place.

And that was it! I promise it is so easy, you'll want to make a whole bunch!
