Nothing cures a douse of cold weather faster than keeping yourself busy. Of course, I could use today to get caught up on all of my chores, or wash my laundry in the bathtub, which I've been doing all morning, but I'm really not in the mood to be straightening up all day long. Can you blame me? No, I didn't think so.
A few months ago I posted about my Current Loves, which consisted of articles of clothing I really wished I could bippity-boppity into my closet. From that list of 9 things, I only was able to get one item, and I made it myself. Naturally, I'm always looking for new styles to try out. There are some I can't seem to stand behind, but the ones I find I'm the most comfortable with, were not in my comfort zone (I'm telling you guys, those darn comfort zones hold us back from so much!). So today, I put together a new list of items I'm currently in love with.
1. A Graphic Tee: There is something so perfect about a graphic t shirt. This one is perfect because of the color, which is a great neutral, and the soft fade of the elephant. Nothing is in your face, but you could pair this with almost anything, and it would look awesome.
2. Leather Pocket Dress: Not only is this super bright and fun for the warmer months, but the leather pockets give it just the right edge. I love anything leather (it's quickly becoming a problem), and even though I want to wear it, I like to start out in small doses. This dress would be a perfect small dose.
3. Floral Jeans: I can't tell you how much I adore these jeans. It's almost impossible just to type this up without starring at them like an infatuated teenage girl. When I die, please dress me in these. Thanks.
4. Gold Spiked Necklace: Necklaces like these have been popping up all over blogs and websites I currently stalk check out. Huge statement necklaces, like those horrid bubble ones, are ridiculous to me. This meets my necklace criteria of: edgy, gold, and medium size.
5. Floral Lace Dress: Isn't this awesome?! I took one look at it and fell in love instantly. It's so flattering, and feminine, without being over the top.
