Now that we've moved into our new apartment I've finally been able to start unpacking all of my sewing supplies. I thought this day would never come! Not to mention, I have a new supply of clothes to refashion. Just look at this gorgeous pile of possibilities! I spy with my little eye two more pairs of corduroy pants that are in desperate need of a visit from a fairy godmother. Pinch me, I must be dreaming!
Well, among this glorious pile of heaven we have this lovely specimen. I've been looking for the perfect graphic tee design recently, and thanks to my wonderful grandma, I've found one! In the beginning, I wanted to chop off the sleeves to make it comfortable for the summer heat, but I found that the long sleeves looked cute rolled up. So, in honor of keeping this refashion easy, I decided to keep those sleeves.
The little lace ribbon just wasn't doing it for me. It screamed, 'Hey, I'm a pajama top. Wassup?' At first I was afraid I'd have to keep it. So I flipped the shirt inside out, and found it could be simply removed with a little unpicking. Fist pump!
Now I'm pretty much obsessed with this shirt.
