Quick Shoe Refashion

I am obsessed with two things at this point in my life: animal print, and teal.

It's kinda ridiculous how much I want to have as much of those two things in my possession at all times. Just saying.

Supplies:
Clean shoes
Paint (I used acrylic, but I would recommend fabric paint)
Foam brushes, and smaller paint brushes.
Tape (if you don't have a steady hand)

I wore these darling shoes to my sister-in-laws wedding back in February. I have wore them one time since then. It makes me a little sad, because I really like the comfort of this heel, but I just am not a white shoe kinda gal.

So I went to the grand ole' Hobby Lobby, and picked up, you guess it, TEAL paint.

I added my first coat to everywhere except the heel. Then I let it dry really good.

After that, I painted the heel.

Then I took a small paintbrush, and I went along the edges of my shoe to fill in all the remaining white gaps.

I continued this for two more coats, until it became nice and solid looking, like this.

Let them sit in the sun to dry.

Still getting some warmth.

I am slightly obsessed with these shoes now. They are my favorite pair of heels.
