I'm not dead! If you're managed to come back looking for posts, you are incredible people and I love you! The truth is I gave up trying to fix my camera. No matter how many new batteries I used, the dang thing wouldn't work. Needless to say it's sat on a shelf since October. We were not on speaking terms. Then the other day I pulled it back out, whispered my apologies, and would you know it, the stinking thing started working just fine.
Technology is a blessing and a curse.
Luckily that means more sewing posts! There are a few projects I've been working on for my SILs (sister-in-laws), and I can't wait to show you all I've put together.
I know I haven't worked on a post for my wardrobe redo of last year, and that's slowly in the works. Right now I'm catching up on a few other projects.
The Pimp My Wardrobe segment is going to continue! I loved it so much last year that I'm dying to keep at it. Before the summer picks up I want to sew a dozen new dresses. My goal for this year is to break free of my usual jeans and baggy tees, and work my way into something a little more feminine. It's going to be hard...mostly because of all the work it will take to keep these long legs shaved. Prepare yourself for more posts pertaining to this! Out of everything I've worked on this is my favorite.
I promise to keep whispering sweet words to my fickle camera, and lets go into 2016 with fun things ahead!
Today I'm grateful for: A new year full of incredible opportunities, just waiting to be grasped.
