Yesterday we celebrated Branson's 24th birthday! He went to his first class of the day, and then came home to a requested breakfast of orange rolls and milk. Then he opened up his gifts (because I bought them 2 weeks in advance and I've been so anxious for him to open them).
I did go a little crazy with the streamers, but why shouldn't I? He only turns 24 once, you know!
He requested Texas sheet cake and ice cream from the college creamery.
His Mom and youngest sister came up for his birthday dinner. We laughed and enjoyed the last few hours of his birthday together and it was wonderful. He must have had fun because he passed out afterwards. I love this man so much, and I am so grateful he was born.
