How was your weekend? Branson worked the whole time. I cleaned our apartment on Saturday, spent some time with my favorite little family a few minutes away, and then I came home to do absolutely nothing. And let me tell you, it was horrible. I have all this time to myself where I can do whatever I want, and I don't want it. One day I'll be in a situation where I have no 'Janette time' and I'll start throwing my head into the cinder block walls of our apartment. You know, like when we have kids (no, this isn't hinting at anything.). I thought I could watch a movie or bake. So in went a cheesy movie, and out came a batch of chocolate chip cookies. By the time the movie was over, it was five o'clock. What the heck should I do with the remaining hours of the day?
I'll tell you what I'd do! I'd rearrange furniture because that's what I always do. Poor Branson will get random texts from me saying, "I moved some things around again."
Which means our entire apartment could look completely foreign compared to the original look he saw two hours prior. It runs in my family, so blame them. And That's probably how I will spend this beautiful Monday too. Whatever.
I'm sure you are all familiar with vlogs. Recently I've been following two vlogging couples, Samika, and Ellie and Jared on the grand YouTube. Yesterday Sam and Jennika (Samika) posted their first born's birth video. Yes, I stayed up really late to watch it, and then I cried through the whole thing. I love them all so much!
We also received some exciting news. I jumped around our apartment for almost thirty minutes just laughing with joy. It was so crazy, and we cannot wait for the news to come out. I promised I wouldn't say anything...and it's SO hard to contain my excitement. Let's just say I really need to fix my sewing machine so I can start making gifts.
Today is my sister-in-law's birthday! Love that sweet Cassi so stinking much! Happy birthday gorgeous!
